CDSR supplies a range of high quality, high performance, fully GMPHOM 2009 compliant suction and discharge hoses.
CDSR oil transfer hoses are available in two unique designs：
-The CDSR Single Carcass Hoses ('CY51' series)
-The CDSR Double Carcass Hoses ('CY52' series)
The Single Carcass Hoses ('CY51' ) range comprises mainly：
CY51100 - Single Carcass Floating Hose
CY51200 - Single Carcass Submarine Hose
CY51300 - Single Carcass Catenary Hose
The CDSR Single Carcass Hose construction consists of three main elements:
(1) smooth bore elastomeric lining resistant to a variety of hydrocarbons,
(2) a standard elastomer reinforced carcass with multi-layers of high tensile textile cords and embedded steel wire helix,
(3) a fibre reinforced smooth elastomer cover, resistant to ageing, abrasion, weathering, sunlight, tearing, oil and seawater penetration.
The Double Carcass Hoses ('CY52' )range comprises mainly：
CY52100-Double Carcass Floating Hose
CY52200 -Double Carcass Submarine Hose
CY52300 -Double Carcass Catenary Hose
In addition to the standard hose carcass (commonly termed 'primary' carcass), CDSR Double Carcass Hose incorporate an additional second carcass designed to contain any product escaping from the primary carcass as a result of a slow leak or sudden failure. An effective, robust and reliable, integrated leak detection and indication system is provided.
The CDSR hoses fully comply with requirements of the "GMPHOM 2009", and are designed and manufactured under a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001. Now, CDSR has been approved for both single carcass hose and double carcass hose as per OCIMF-GMPHOM 2009.
